ABOUT THE NEXT GEN INITIATIVE

Creating future Firm leaders.

Mission: Creating opportunities for the next generation of Firm leaders to develop and enhance the skills and traits needed for success in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Our “Next Gen” team is an internal leadership team comprised of up and coming Supervisors and Senior Accountants.

TEAM OBJECTIVES

The team’s goals are to:

  3. 03Host lunch and learns
  4. 04Propose new ideas to the Firm’s Executive Committee

The Brickley DeLong Next Gen Leadership team has the opportunity to be involved in creating new programs, participate in Management Meetings, and evaluate Firm processes and procedures.
